🚀 What’s New in NewMile
We’ve been busy making NewMile even smarter, smoother, and more powerful for your day-to-day operations. This release brings enhanced visibility for dispatchers, clearer information for drivers, and a brand-new way to streamline pricing and proposals—all designed to help you move faster and plan better.
✨ New Features
Pricing & Proposals
Empower your pricing and sales teams with a new, end-to-end proposal workflow. This feature allows teams to build customer-ready proposals by adding materials, using a loads-per-day calculator, and leveraging smart pricing tools to maximize profitability. The result? A faster, more efficient quote-to-cash process with fewer manual steps. 👉 Click here for a step-by-step guide on creating a proposal using this new feature!
🎨 UI/UX Improvements
Offer Sent Filter on the Dispatch Page
Quickly filter to trucks that have received an offer but haven’t accepted it yet. This gives dispatch teams better visibility into truck responsiveness, performance, and overall order fulfillment planning. image
Display Material Seller in the Driver App
Drivers now see a clearly labeled “Charge To” field in the app, showing who should be invoiced for materials. This makes on-site pickups smoother and ensures drivers have the right information when interacting with material vendors. image
New Truck Types: ED w/ Sleeper Cab & ED w/ Day Cab
Fleet planners and dispatchers now have more flexibility when creating and managing orders that require specific truck configurations, helping ensure the right equipment is matched to the right job.
Visibility to Loads Sent by ANBL
Dispatchers can now easily identify which loads or offers were created by ANBL. This added transparency helps teams better evaluate offer distribution and provide more targeted feedback to further improve the “next best load” experience. image
🐛 Bug Fixes
Mileage & Trip Time on Export Orders
Mileage and average trip time now display correctly on the map for export hauls—bringing export orders in line with the visibility previously available only for import orders. image
🎉 Wrapping It Up
From smarter dispatch filters to proposal-ready pricing tools, this release is all about clarity, control, and efficiency. As always, we’ll keep fine-tuning the platform so you can focus less on friction and more on moving loads. Happy NewMiling!

Happy Tuesday NewMilers!
We’re excited to share the latest enhancements to your NewMile platform experience! This release introduces three powerful updates—
Order Pausing
,
PO Duplication
, and
Order Validation
—each designed to help your team save time, reduce errors, and maintain smoother operations across every stage of your workflow.
⏸️
Order Pausing
Unexpected delays happen—and now, your orders can pause when you need them to. The
Order Pausing
feature allows dispatch users to temporarily place an order on hold for reasons such as weather, material availability, or site conditions. While paused, no new load offers will be sent until the order is resumed, helping you stay in control and prevent unnecessary scheduling activity. Active loads will continue as normal unless cancelled.
📄
PO Duplication
Say goodbye to repetitive data entry. With
PO Duplication
, you can easily create a new purchase order by duplicating an existing one. Make quick adjustments—like pickup or drop-off locations, quantities, or other details—without having to build a new PO from scratch. This feature helps reduce setup time and keeps your process consistent and efficient.
Order Validation
Simplify your review process with
Order Validation
. This new tool allows users to view, verify, update, and approve orders all from a single, streamlined screen—no more switching between pages. With improved visibility and a faster workflow, your team can validate orders more accurately and maintain cleaner data across your operation. image
Each of these updates was built with your efficiency in mind—making it easier than ever to manage orders, save time, and stay ahead of the day’s challenges. We appreciate your continued partnership and can’t wait for you to experience these improvements in action!
Stay tuned for more exciting updates next week and as always, thanks for being a NewMiler!

New Update to the Orders Report
We’re excited to share the latest update to NewMile! Our team just added a new column to the Orders Report that displays assigned truck numbers for each order.
This column will populate the truck numbers assigned to an order once an it's finalized on the planning page. With it, you can:
  • Verify active trucks and ensure drivers are completing their DVIRs in Samsara if they’re working that day.
  • Give dispatch and operations teams a quick snapshot of the next day’s dispatch once orders are finalized.
  • Easily use the truck number info in whatever way works best for your workflow. image
We’re always looking for ways to make your job easier and more efficient—this new Orders Report update is another step forward. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thanks for being part of the journey!

Happy Friday NewMilers!
The team has been hard at work on tons of exciting, impactful features and we are ready to share one of the big ones with you! Adding new organizations in NewMile just got a whole lot smoother. Whether you’re connecting with an existing partner or spinning up something brand new, our revamped
Org Creation Flow
keeps things intuitive, fast, and hassle-free.
Connecting to an Existing Organization
When you begin typing an organization’s name, NewMile will suggest matches that already exist in the system. If the one you need appears, simply select it, and NewMile will automatically pull in the current address. You’ll then be prompted to choose how your organization interacts with that partner—whether as a Contractor, Material Supplier, or Hauler—and you can select more than one if needed. Once you save, the organization is ready to go for use in Projects, Purchase Orders, and more.
Creating a New Organization
If the name you’re entering doesn’t match any suggestions, you’ll see the option to add it as a brand-new organization. NewMile will ask if you’re the owner of this org, and we recommend only selecting “Yes” for new lease operators, sub-hauler organizations. After that, you’ll be asked to provide an address (a required field) and to define how your organization will interact—again choosing from Contractor, Material Supplier, or Hauler. Once saved, the new organization will be immediately available for all your project and order needs.
📺
Training Resource
Want a quick walkthrough? We’ve included a tutorial video below to guide you through the new process step by step.
That’s it—the new flow keeps things simple, fast, and efficient. With fewer clicks and clearer steps, creating and connecting organizations is no longer a hurdle—it’s just progress.

Happy Friday NewMilers!
We’ve rolled out some powerful updates to streamline your workflow and give you more visibility and control than ever. This week’s release includes visibility to
Total Material Assigned vs. Requested
at a glance. Easily
Copy Previous Assignments
from both the Truck & Order assignment panels and a new
Progress Bar on the Planning Page
for both Active and Past orders. These enhancements are designed to save you time and keep your planning process running smoothly. Dive in and explore what’s new!
By adding the
Total Material Assigned vs Requested
, you can now see an estimate of how much material will be delivered based on the trucks you've assigned to an order—right alongside the total material requested. This gives you better visibility to plan your next-day dispatch with greater accuracy and hit your fulfillment targets more consistently. image
The Planning Page now supports
Copying Previous Assignments
—whether by order or by truck. Easily reassign the same trucks that previously ran an order, or apply the last set of orders assigned to a truck, helping streamline recurring dispatch scenarios and reduce manual input.
Progress Bars
are now live for both active and past orders on the Planning Page, giving you a clear view of how much material has been delivered vs. what was planned. Quickly spot incomplete orders so you can make timely adjustments or reorders for the next day—no guesswork needed. image
That’s it for this week’s updates, but we’re just getting started. More enhancements are on the way soon, so stay tuned! Have ideas or feedback? We’d love to hear from you—don’t forget, you can submit suggestions directly from this page. See ya next time!

We’ve introduced a few key updates this week to help streamline your workflow. You can now
Message Filtered Trucks
directly from the Planning page,
Apply Filters in the Truck and Order Assignment drawers
, and easily
Copy Previous Assignments
with just a click. More control, less effort—just the way planning should be. Keep reading for more details!
Need to get the word out to a specific group of trucks? Just cruise over to the Planning page and pop into the
Truck Tab
. Use filters like
Parking Region, Truck Type, and more
to narrow down your fleet. Once you’ve got your dream team lined up, hit
“Message Trucks”
to send them a group message. It’s like a group chat—but for trucks (and way more productive). image
Making assignments just got a whole lot easier. Now, while you’re in the
Truck or Order Assignment
drawers, you can apply filters to narrow things down—by
Truck Type, Parking Region, Customer, Material and more
. No more endless scrolling to find the right match. It’s like putting on assignment goggles that only show you what you actually want to see. Clearer view, quicker decisions! image
Reassigning is about to get way faster. Whether you’re in the
Truck Assignment
or
Order Assignment
view, you can now use the
'Copy Previous Assignment'
button to bring back the magic from before. Select a truck, hit the button, and all the orders it had previously will be reassigned in a snap. Or flip it: select an order, click the same button, and all the trucks that handled it before will be re-added. It’s like déjà vu, but more efficient.
