We would like to have a place(instead of a filter) within the dispatch page that we can have orders that need trucks assigned to them showing separately.

We wouldn't be able to add it as a tab with the current setup on the Dispatch page, but we could add a toggle similar to the "Show Closed Orders" toggle that could show you these orders with no trucks assigned. Something like this:
