We need that option on other things in NewMile.

Such as if a subhauler changed their company name, when we update the Org to their new name we are changing the historical data that was at one time correct.

Or a truck - What if a truck is sold and replaced with the same name/number but different truck type.

Or a vendor - Sometimes vendors buy out other vendors and change their name.

But the historical data that was once correct should remain and be able to add an effective date to a vendor that could filter into Location names
