Miranda Reilly not necessarily a pop up as that might require drivers to clear the message off to keep being routed in NewMile, but little easier to navigate. Such as when a message goes out it's currently click on the message icon, then the three lines on the top left corner and multiple threads listed if they have been messaged before. Which could be a little hard to choose the correct message. If the drivers could click on the messaging icon and it pop up the unread messages without having to look through all threads.
