Prompting to suggest similar existing PO's, Orders, or materials to reduce duplication of existing Newmile information. This will save time by avoiding the creation of the duplicate and the time to deal with the duplicate

Pete Nathaniel in a perfect world, what would this look like to you? Just a pop up of some kind alerting the user that there could be information that is similar to what they're creating but still be able to override it? Would we show them the similar information similar to how we do org creation now?

Miranda Reilly yes, I was thinking about when you order something online and enter the address, then you get a box that pops up that says, you entered this, did you mean this? For example you created a PO for Burgess picking up at caloosa and dropping at factory shoppes material fill dirt. Did you mean to select PO _______ that has Burgess picking up at caloosa and dropping at factory shoppes material fill dirt. We may have to fine tune the level of match but I think that type of prompting will massively reduce duplicate POs, vendors, material types etc.
