Service Failure feature.

Would like the ability to track service failures. If load is canceled have the ability to label the purpose of the cancellation. Options to list if it was due to dispatch, customer service, customer, shipper, receiver, equipment or driver. Being able to pull this report will highlight areas that need attention based on accurances.

Tony Salazar are you referencing when a load is cancelled or when a job in its entirety gets closed out? For load cancelling, we do have the option to add a note to that, but we don't currently have a report that compiles them. Though I don't think that would be too difficult of an add.

Miranda Reilly Cancelled loads and or loads with issues that need to be flagged to capture data. Example driver is dispatched on 4 loads but decides he want to go home early and does not complete the forth load, that would be a service failure on the driver. When we pull report I would like to see the amount of times the driver had done the same thing.
