Use of an image reader for ticket validation. This will be able to reduce validation costs, will determine if the ticket vendor and material matches the order vendor and material to flag incorrect tickets

Pete Nathaniel we have discussed this as an option in the past and it wasn't feasible at the time. As far as having the camera on the driver app read the ticket information. Are you suggesting a way for the web app to update the ticket information after the drivers take a picture of the ticket?

Miranda Reilly I assumed that this would be a longer term validation improvement but my thought was along the lines of an AI image reader for validation purposes. The specific issues are for incorrect tickets, vendors or materials. There is almost nothing currently that will catch the issue of the wrong material being loaded or the driver loading at the wrong vendor until the invoice comes in from that vendor as a surprise
