Feature Requests - Haulers

Would like the ability to track service failures. If load is canceled have the ability to label the purpose of the cancellation. Options to list if it was due to dispatch, customer service, customer, shipper, receiver, equipment or driver. Being able to pull this report will highlight areas that need attention based on accurances.

This old system, but it worked so easily for round robin, just a few clicks, and you are done. Round Robin right now is a nightmare, and we try to avoid it since it takes too much time. I would like a popup window that makes this easier when looking at a truck. I'm not looking for a copy but something close to it.
