Planning Page Improvements

Once all trucks are "Finalized" for the next day there should be a notification that prompt you to send the "No Work" message to the unassigned trucks. We should have different templates saved that you can select from in a drop down and click "Send"

When assigning trucks in the planning page for their assignments the next day is there a way you can get a notification box that appears when you're assigning a truck to his job. This way if you either already assigned the truck or mistakenly assigned the wrong truck - you will see a notification to either proceed with the assignment or cancel the truck.

It is a major time suck to individually click "Contracted Rate" or 'Default" on every single truck. In the Planning Page, we should have rates set to contracted rate so we do not have to click the pop-up menu for every single job assignment.

To help narrow the searches using filters as well as being able to separate the trucks based on seniority and status we would like to create three different type of categories Ultimate Fleet - Trucks 101-165 Advanced Fleet - Trucks 167-552 Specialized Fleet - Subs

We will send out a Front App message every Thursday asking the truck availability for the following Saturday. On Fridays we will use the responses Yes/No to determine Saturday Dispatch. This should be linked to the Planning Page.

It would be nice to see a summary or preview of orders/jobs and the assignments. The key would be to show only relevant information on the preview. Example: Show the Customer, Project, Order and a list of assigned trucks (numbers only). For my planning brain it cuts to the important details and gives me a quick view of all the projects/jobs and assignments. I final review for accuracy.

A Map view of the orders would be helpful for us visual folks. He will assist in assigning trucks to nearby jobs when setting up sequences. Example: I need 1 load at 9am out of Centex Buda. If I could see all the orders on a map view it would give a good visual for which job to pull the truck from. FYI... Yes, there is a map view for each job. I'm looking for a map view that shows all jobs.

Be able to delete/cancel orders from the planning page. Why? If orders are placed early in the day and then cancel they just stick around and clutter the view. It opens us up to dispatch/assignment errors.
